Jean Louise “Scout” Finch – Scout lives with her dad, Atticus, her brother, Jem, and their Negro cook, Calpurnia, in Maycomb. She is also the narrator of the story and protagonist. She is very bright, she isn’t really like most girls she is pretty much a tomboy. She really cares a lot about the community but as the story goes on her faith in the community is tested by the hatred and prejudice that goes on while Tom Robinson is on trial.
Atticus Finch - Scout and Jems Father, a lawyer in Maycomb with a dry since of humor who agrees to defend Tom Robinson a black man who has been charged with rape upon a white lady, Which exposes him and his family to the out raged and hatred white community, He is also vey wise and smart with a lot of intelligence.
Jem finch - Scouts Brother and the Son of Atticus, Jem is just like a lot of young boys the type of kid who never turns down a dare and dreams of playing football, He is always there for Scout as friend and a brother that is very protective over her as he guides her to become a very smart young girl.
